AFRA Partnership

My commitment to growing Alberta's Law Enforcement Community! Any referrals from AFRA and I will donate an extra $200 on top of my regular monthly donation to AFRA so they can continue to invest in strengthening Alberta's First Responder Community through networking, support, education and training of Alberta's finest.

My goal is to ensure First Responders are rewarded through industry best rates and services.

  • Front Line Worker Discounts
    I spent 8 years as a Peace Officer in Alberta. I know firsthand the dedication, resilience, and strength it takes to work on the front lines. I plan to advocate for and continue to support my front line family as a Mortgage Broker. In my early 20's as a new Peace Office I bought my first house and didn't understand mortgages and I was trying to juggle shift work and the process felt chaotic. I am going to make sure you have a better experience as some one who understands you and understands mortgages!

    At TMG we use a program called Hurricane that allows you to easily upload and electronically sign the documents needed for your mortgage application.
  • My Services Are Free!
    There's absolutely no charge for my services on typical residential mortgage transactions. Mortgage Brokers are paid by the lender when your mortgage is successfully funded.
